Mini Movies this year included schools from Sussex Inlet in the South to Thirroul in the north and Colo Vale and Wandellama in the west.

The Roxy Theatre, Nowra ran two screenings of the movies as did the Gala Cinema at Warrawong.  For the first time ever we held a screening in Bowral at the Empire Theatre.

This year saw the introduction of the $5 meal deal, where all cinemas provided a popcorn and drink.  The majority of the 2000 children who attended over the three-day period thought that this was a pretty good way to view the 22 movies that had been entered into the festival this year.

For the first time this year the Mini Movies team provided professional development in animation on the training days.  A number of animated films were entered into the festival in 2007.

We will be offering animation again at the professional development days in 2008.
