Regional Arts Grants are provided on the basis of submissions to support Teacher or Student based activities across all the Arts:  Drama, Dance, Visual Arts, Music, Public Speaking and Debating.

The projects submitted for funding range from one day workshops to camps which extend over a number of days.

Some examples of currently funded projects include:

  • HSC Music Workshop
  • Senior Music Camp
  • Junior Music Camp
  • “Mini Movies”( Teacher skill based workshops and film festival viewings of Primary School student movies)
  • Feeder School Band Program
  • Eurobodalla Learning Community Vis Arts Camp
  • Public Speaking/Debating Workshop

New Projects would be welcome.

The Regional Arts Council is looking for new and innovative ideas in the areas of professional learning for teachers and opportunities for students.

If you have ideas but are unsure if you would meet the criteria for funding, please contact the Regional Arts Coordinator.

Funding is allocated by the Regional Arts Council

The Council comprises representative of Regional Teaching and Administrative Staff across the Arts areas who meet specifically for this task.

Program Notifications

Coordinators will be notified before the end of the 2008 school year of the success of their submission/proposal.
