The Drama Festival aims to showcase the outcomes of drama education throughout the Region.

It aims to encourage excellence in drama classroom programs by

• Supporting the development of quality teaching programs in drama at a school level.
• Providing an opportunity for the school and the wider community to recognise drama as a form of art.
• Providing an opportunity for students to work towards a quality performance in a professional venue.
• Recognising the role that the arts play in creating positive learning outcomes for all students.
